Pinzellada means “Brush Stroke” in Catalan, and each release is a unique blend which paints a picture of the year. This exceptional, limited edition 2021 “Ooo” is a dark rosat made from 100% Tempranillo and 8 months in old oak barrels. With ripe red fruits it can happily take the place of a light red or oak-aged white – definitely best served lightly chilled.
